Build a shelter ready to survive the wind and rain, light a campfire and enjoy cooking your lunch over the fire….Adult to accompany child/dren and join the adventure!

Lighting a communal fire and have a go at the 60 seconds fire challenge….

Lunch menu: Please can everyone bring chipolata sausages, bread roll, and a picnic lunch/bottle of water.

Pudding: Sticky toffee fire cooked APPLES! Please bring an apple one per child.

Wear old clothes!

Children 4+ years plus (adults to accompany) can join an expedition deep into the woods.

Family Castaway

All workshops are hosted at Wilderness Wood, Haldow Down, East Sussex.

The tickets are per child, adults are free and must accompany any child/ren.

Each workshop will be hosted by 1-2 Forest School leaders depending on the size of the workshop.

No refunds are given for workshops booked and paid for. In the rare occasion where a workshop is cancelled, refunds will be processed.

The lovely Wilderness cafe is open 9–5pm and offer a delicious range of hot and cold snacks and drinks.

All workshop attendees must meet in the cafe garden 10 minutes before the workshops starts! We look forward to seeing you there!

A ticket is for you and your child to participate in a Little Forest School activity. If you would like to stay longer and enjoy the woodland trails and play-glade at Wilderness Wood, please go to the cafe to pay for access to the woodland. The cost is £3.00 per person or £10.00 per family. More details here.
